• What is the delivery time of the Q-Check?

  When we have the Q-Check in supply, it will be delivered within 8 days. When it comes to a special, the delivery time is about 4 weeks. After placing an order, you will always receive an order confirmation with the expected delivery date.

• How can I order the Q-Check?

  You can easily purchase the Q-Check by filling the order form on this website. After we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation with the expected delivery time.

• I ordered the Q-Check, but I have not received a confirmation yet. What do I have to do?

  The order confirmation might have been blocked by your spam filter. Please check you junk mail to check. Should this not be the case, we kindly ask you to contact us. We will send the confirmation again.

• Can you develop a customized version of the Q-Check?

  If you are looking for a version of the Q-Check that is not offered on our website, please contact us. Together we can discuss the possibilities for making your ideal version of the Q-Check.

• What are the shipping costs?

  Within the Netherlands we charge €12.50 per shipment. The costs for shipping outside the Netherlands are on request.

• How can I clean the Q-Check?

  In recent years, research and feedback from hospitals has taught us that cleaning methods vary. Some hospitals prefer manual cleaning with, for example, alcohol. But the Q-Check is also suitable for being cleaned and thermally disinfected by the CSA. The temperature of 93 degrees must not be exceeded here.
